- Tasting
- The vines, which are over 60 years old, were acquired in 1999. This pleasant, surprising wine has an intense, magnificent colour. The soft nose is delicate and reveals subtle aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), red fruits (cherry, redcurrant), humus and undergrowth. Young, this wine offers your palate the crisp charm of fresh grapes. With ageing it then blossoms to develop notes truffle, leather and spices, affirming its robust structure. Generous, Beaune wines show great aromatic power and fleshy texture, which make them a perfect match for musky and very firm meats such as game animals, roast or braised. Serve with cheeses such as époisses, soumaintrain, munster or maroilles.
