- Tasting
- The wine's terroir and geographic location means it combines the delicacy of a Beaune with the power of a Pommard. Its fine nose reveals notes of candied fruits and very pleasant hints of red fruits. A fresh and silky attack in the mouth reveals relatively mellow tannins. Generous, Beaune wines show great aromatic power and fleshy texture, which make them a perfect match for musky and very firm meats such as game animals, roast or braised. Serve with cheeses such as époisses, soumaintrain, munster or maroilles.
