- Tasting
- Bourgogne Aligoté is a very fresh white wine. A perfect aperitif wine, it becomes kir when combined with crème de cassis. It is the perfect pairing for grilled fish and oysters. It is also a traditional accompaniment for Burgundy gougères, escargots and, of course, parsleyed ham. A brilliant deep gold in colour. It has a very characteristic, crisp nose with notes of vanilla and hazelnut with a hint of honey. The attack is supple and rounded on the palate. Complex aromas with lemon and vanilla scents.
