- Tasting
- Ruby and black cherry colour of good intensity. Its bouquet is reminiscent of very crisp small red fruits. After 4 to 5 years, its aromas evolve towards mature fruit, spices and smoke with fine, elegant tannins. It can be drunk while young, but can be cellared for ten years. The elegant, velvety profile of this classic Burgundy wine is accompanied by a fragrant and sometimes smoky nose that makes it a perfect match for white meat and poultry in a light sauce. It is also good paired with a lightly fried veal chop or veal blanquette. For cheeses, it goes best with soft, creamy cheeses such as Brillat-Savarin or Cîteaux
