- Tasting
- White gold in colour, this Blanc de Noirs breathes aromas of small fruits, cherries, blackcurrants or raspberries. Its fine bubbles form a delicate string of beads. Citrus fruits, floral or mineral notes accompany a fresh, elegant palate with an acidity that balances aromatic power and the lightness sought. This wine is powerful on the palate, long and lingering. Ageing gives it charm and warmth with aromas of dried fruits, sometimes with a hint of honey, spices and nutmeg. Crémants de Bourgogne are not just perfect for aperitifs, they are also perfect accompaniments for meals. This blanc de noirs pairs well with escargots in potato cups. It is an ideal companion for ice creams and brings freshness to the end of a meal. It goes well with petit-fours and its fruity aromas complement a red fruit sorbet perfectly.
