Nose
Lemon, pear, almond, acacia and hawthorn blossom. Depending on the vintage: anise, peach, linden, mint, pineapple.
Palate
Pulpy, well-coated fruity texture. Saline, lemony finish, hints of liquorice and brioche. Fine balance between roundness and freshness.
